After more than three years of research and development, PaladinID is proud to announce the release of ThermaShield™ White, our most advanced direct thermal label material to date.

ThermaShield White represents a significant evolution from ThermaShield Silver. The newly engineered white topcoat is substantially more robust, offering greater resistance to bruising and surface damage in demanding environments. Thanks to a next-generation coating, ThermaShield White images at a much lower temperature, delivers dramatically higher print contrast, and provides exceptional barcode and human-readable clarity.

Performance improvements extend beyond imaging. We’ve enhanced durability, handling resistance, and overall performance consistency—opening the door to new markets and more demanding applications where traditional direct thermal materials fall short.
